Massa - he lost his cool when he came out behind Rosberg, and Hamilton capitalised.

Williams strategists? I don't know.

Honourable mentions to Rosberg, he made many mistakes.
And Kimi.

Williams strategy guys.

Red Bull - Coming back to their own track and didnt re model it to suit their car.

I kept looking around, a few laps before the second round of pitstops, and Massa was ~18 seconds ahead of Maldonado and a lot of clean air after that. They could have mixed things up a bit.

Really no major donkeys for me this race.

It's easy to be critical of the Williams strategy but really I think Mercedes were just waiting for opportunities rather than push the issue on track. Valtteri drove a very solid race, but just didn't have quite the car to keep up with the Merc's over race distance.

Kimi - unless he had some problems, but his pace compared Alonso was nowhere.

Surely the whole Red Bull operation qualifies as donkey of the race? Put on a big event on your own track and the only retiring cars are three of your four, while the fourth finishes on the butt-end of the pack? Sounds fairly donkey-ish to me...

Red Bull certainly picked the wrong race to perform so badly.

Williams pit strategy
RedBull (although I don't really mind things like this happening to them since all of that seemed to happen to every other team except RBR for 4 years)
