Btcc rounds 7, 8, 9

Good performances from Jordan, Shedden and Jackson, in the 1st and 2nd races.
Should be interesting to see how Giovanadi does in race 3 as he is on pole, and considering that Jackson came 4th in the other 2 races.

Saturday morning for ITV4 (9.25 I think, moved earlier to accommodate cricket no doubt) or at some ungodly hour on ITV in the middle of next week. By which time it will have been a week and a half later, so at least they'll have found Simon Belcher's car by then (it will make sense in context :D )

Generally good stuff from Thruxton, although I'd have been tempted to declare the third race null and void since approximately nobody appears to understand what a waved yellow flag is. Presumably handing out penalties to the entire field would have been somewhat pointless.

Watched the highlights of last weekend yesterday and enjoyed it alot.

Thruxton always provides good racing. I was a bit shocked by the poor state of the tyre barrier where the BMW went off. Cant remember who it was and someone else also had a big off over the top.

I agree too about the 3rd race, wow SC boards and double yellows dont mean much apparently.

Oh well glad I am up to date and look forward to the next round.

And if you tune in live to Oulton, there's the added bonus of a race for ex-Super Touring BTCC cars rather than half a dozen Porsches :D
