So are all these rule changes for better, or for worse. Are we going to see ugly stepped noses on the car, now we have to have low noses.
Is it going to make much diffrance to Red Bull winning everything.
And for me, now we are running turbo engines, will we loose the air box on top of the engine.

The 1988 1.5L V6 Honda RA168E spun at 14000rpm, ran at 2.5 Bar and chucked out 680 horsepowers.
The 2014 1.6L V6 engines will be limited to 15000rpm and will run at run 3.5 Bar. I wonder how many horsies we'll get.

Slightly bigger engines, slightly more revs and slightly more boost - PLUS 25 years of time.

Plus with 160bhp worth of ERS kicked in as well.

We may get a big surprise. Depending on what restrictions there are to the actual turbo's themselves, I can see 800 - 900 BHP being achieved quite easily.

I believe after 1982 most 1.5 liter turbocharged engines were outputting over 1,000bhp. Even more in qualy trim.

Up to 1600 BHP! Some spectacularly failed though! :p:

Yes they certainly weren't getting by on 5 engines a season :)

If itīs possible, I belive in quali some teams will run there engines a bit moore charged. Perhaps over 1000 hp?

lol F1 has in the last couple of years eroded the one thing it had going for it - it was pure racing.

Might as well have green-white-chequers now & run the chase.

The only way I could like this a bit more is if there were two separate races on the final race weekend.
