If JPM is going to race IndyCar next season, how much weight will he have to lose to fit in the car?

About 20 pounds I would say.

None. Paul Tracy used to weigh more than Belgium - he fit in the car just fine.

Whether Juan could fit in the car is moot point. He turns down Andretti and is staying in the cabs.

can't say I blame him and can't say it is a real loss for Indycar - would have been interesting - but not necessary.....

It's good news for Indycar, and good news for those of us who have been around long enough to appreciate a little nostalgia. It's a real shame Dario won't be there, they could have picked up right where they left off in that tight fight for the '99 title. Montoya has a solid fan base that will be glad to see him back in openwheel. Hopefully he's still as quick and on the edge as he use to be.
