Interesting interview with Dr. Gary Hartstein, who was booted from his role as F1's Medical Delegate at the end of last year.

It is a fairly long video, but is also filled with interesting stories about Sid Watkins, smoking cigars in the F1 Medical Car, etc.

That is a great video .
It gives a rare glimpse of the underbelly of F1 .

I saw it on Joe Saward's blog , and saw a post or two from the maker of the vid .

He's working on a few more , but I can't help but wonder if he'll be stopped in his tracks soon , by those who grant access , because he says a few things that could make a few people unhappy .

I hope he carries on with this , though , as it is really interesting stuff to hear about .
I'd love to see a series of these from Gary , as he gives the impression he's got lots of stories of his own , plus , of course , a great library of tales from Sid .

It makes me really sad to see someone who seems pretty real given the toss .
