Hello everyone!


Rally Hebros based in Plovdiv (Bulgaria) will celebrate its 42nd consecutive edition in June 2013!
Everyone is invited to take part in this great tarmac event famous with one of the best stages in Bulgaria!

Below we are posting Rally Hebros 2013's leaflet where you can find official information about this year's edition of the event!

Dear competitors,


We would like to inform you about the long awaited BENEFITS for Rally Hebros 2013 which all foreign crews could take advantage of:

1. No Entry Fee for the event;
2. Free accommodation in rally's official 4-star Sankt Peterburg Hotel (http://www.sphotel.net/en/) - 2 double rooms for 3 nights - 13-->14 June, 14-->15 June and 15-->16 June;
3. We are also negotiating with the hotel for rooms on promotional prices for the rest of teams' crew or teams' guests. We will inform you about those prices later!


!!!IMPORTANT!!!

Both points 2. and 3. above are valid only when: the organisers are aware beforehand of the names of the people who will be in the free rooms and in the rooms which have promotional prices.

We recommend to right down the names of the people concerned in the Accommodation Form(s) and send it(them) together with your Entry Form. Otherwise, you can send us the names on the official e-mail: info@rallyhebros.com (again beforehand).

People which are not in our list of names beforehand (when making their accommodation at hotel's reception) will not take benefits of either free or rooms with promotional prices!
