The first Targa in NZ for 2013 kicks off today at Rotorua. Quinn is back and Inky has upgraded to an Evo 8. www.targa.co.nz (http://www.targa.co.nz)

One stage left to run. 7 kilometres - Paradise Valley. Leigh Hopper in front of Quinn in the borrowed GTR (Clark Proctor's). Probably some of the best weather ever for the running of Targa Rotorua.
