Skimmed majority of the text but read the criteria for spectator and no go areas. In my opinion all the good action sections belong to the 3rd category, which are according to that document no go areas (if there isn't higher ground).

It's a start, hopefully they revise it and make it better.

On page 18, fig 3/4 is a bad example. The inside of the corner at the junction is marked as yellow, but this is the outside of the previous k-left. Something a bit like this resulted in a fatal crash in the UK.
