Well, apart from Hamilton taking command of the race, just how was it a snoozefest? I would love to know what race you were watching or did the late summer sun make you go sleepy?
Alonso came from 10th to podium and did his overtaking on the track.
Massa did not have enough pace to match the McLarens went slighty backwards and was overtaken on the track.
Koby was going backwards.
Schumi made a late race charge overtaking cars to make his two stopper work.
I agree.
I thought it was a great race.
Enjoyed it all the way through.
I hope "The show". Isn't making people expect too much from each and every race.

It will be very funny if one day Lewis goes to Ferrari...

Don't even joke about that!!
There are some things you should never joke about. Very poor taste ;)

Obviously, it depends who you ask, if you ask me, then a big yes is my answer.
First a couple of things:
a) Both incidents were very, very wrong.
b) Both should not have happened.
I see a big difference between taunting you, disliking you, or being a rude jerk because of your nationality, gender or ethnicity, and taunting you, disliking you, or being a rude jerk because you are one of the biggest jerks in the world.
Both MS and LH can appear to be jerks to many, if you dislike them because they are jerks, well, what can you do, but if you dislike one of the two because of his skin color, and instead of calling him a big jerk, or a cry baby, you use racial slurs or make monkey noises, or throw bananas, then you should stop something like that completely.
Let me use a fictitious example, if someone tells me that he/she dislikes you because you are an American, or because you are white, I would find that very, very wrong, if someone tells me that he/she dislikes you because you are a jerk, well, that is very different.
The reason why the did the monkey chants to LH (if they actually did that at all, booing a black athlete usually means you get racism accusations no matter what you do) is not because they hate all blacks, but because they hate Lewis as he drives for McLaren. And he differs from other drivers in that he is black, so that is what they can attack him with.
If they make fun of someone who has ginger hair it doesn't mean they hate people with ginger hair. They throw cans at Häkkinen at Monza, now, in my book that is 1000 times worse than making monkey chants at Hamilton.
Nowhere, anywhere on F1 sites is there anything written about racist chants. I heard them boo Hamilton, but how do you automatically inject racism there? They hate him ,because of his history with their favorite driver!
I call BULLSH!T.....Don't you know, any criticism on blacks is automatically racism.
Hamilton isn't liked by Ferrari fans, that's true. He drives for McLaren, beat Ferrari to the WDC in '08 and had an acrimonious relationship with Ferrari's current No. 1. That's enough reason to boo the guy if you're a Tifosi. The McLaren part alone is enough to get most Tifosi riled up.
Yeah. If he was an italian, they would still hate him because he drives for the hated McLaren team.

Another note worth mentioning. Alonso just equalled the great Senna with 80 podiums. Only two guys have more podiums than that. Know which two?

Agreed. This point does not get emphasised enough.

Have watched the podium replay and trawled the interweb for any info, but I am unable to come up with anything that points to racist taunting of Lewis "Ali G" Hamilton. There was a lot of booing from the tifosi, but for reasons pointed out in posts above, what would you expect at Monza?
I am sure that there were elements there that do hate him for his skin colour, sadly it is my experience that more than one w@nker is born every day, but they were not in evidence at this point of the broadcast, as far as I could tell.
It was an excellent drive by Ali G, and a well deserved win. Time to go to the next race.

I would not call that Singapore win a win. Team cheated. Disgrace. I will never forget that.

A seperate post for my favourite. Getting out on to the banking was really humbling, it's stunning that anyone would race around that place. While taking this photo I had to sit down and prop myself off a barrier as I kept sliding down the track, it's that steep! Also the armco is, in a number of places, held in place on timber struts. I urge everyone that goes to Monza to bunk in over the fence and experience the banking, it's wonderfully beautiful and, to me, the most impressive thing that I saw that weekend (and it was hot, so there were a lot of sexy women not wearing many clothes)

This guy wasn't too happy with me taking a photo of him clinging to the armco, I hope this was tongue in cheek as he game me the finger!
