Thought I'd start a new thread to post those songs that keep you going through and beyond the pain barrier.

On my iPod this week, Manic Street Preachers - the Holy Bible and Paint it black by the stones.

There is a film about the now defunct HTC cycling team. I like listening to its soundtrack. It's an instrumental but really great to exercise to. Other than that I just have my iPod or iPhone on shuffle.

Ah yes, great song. The whole Rocky series has some great music by Bill Conti which suit doing sports very well. Shame that the movies were so crap.

I would add this - You're The Best Music Video - YouTube (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9fWvub_WBho)

Totally depends on my mood. Sometimes I can work out even to breezy jazz. Last time it was "Blow Up Your Video" by AC/DC, which is more conventional music for workout.

Kasabian-Club Foot and Dire Straits-Walk of Life both are great for Run.

There are so many songs that i like to listen in my gym during my workout. I think in gym during workout listening music is a good activity that keeps our brain cool.
