First off, congrats to Denny Hamlin for the win.

Danica ran a great race! I thought I liked Regan Smith but not so sure now. He crashed her out of the race.

I also did enjoy Stewart throwing his helmet at Kenseth's car...lol

That was a great race. it had elements of both the old & newer Bristol with the top groove being the one, fast groove instead of the bottom. Hamlin probably had the best car and deserved the win, though I was pulling for Vickers to come through. Nice helmet shot by Stewart, and great facial expression from Ken Schrader to Leffler. Could've done without Danica's reaction. Yes she got wrecked, but she's still a rookie. She doesn't have enough Cup credibility to have that sort of reaction, imo.

That was a good one. Most races at Bristol usually are pretty good. I'm still undecided on the changes to the track. But the race was good, even if the bottom groove never developed. As for Danica, it looked to me like she cut across the front of the car on the inside and basically wrecked herself. But I don't know. Also interesting how Cousin Carl faded SO quickly once his tires gave up. And it was really nice to see Vickers get back to the front after what he's been through.

It's much easier to get tickets now, so maybe I'll go next year.

The first 300 laps were good. The last 200, not so much.

Really enjoyed it.

Great to have the old Bristol back even with a do-able upper groove.
