Hello
As this is my first post I hope it's in the right place and there isn't a specific housing ad's place that I can't find........
Anyway I have my house on the market and looking to reach the right person/petrol head. The house is perfect for all motorsport fans looking directly over Druids on Oulton Park.
It has planning for both a large double garage with hobby space/gym above with viewing on the track, but also a another planning permission business opportunity to build a self contained unit with Kitchen,lounge and 2 bedrooms both with ensuites. The idea was for teams/trackday people etc to use this facility. The house has parking for above 15 cars...... very safe and secure to leave cars on trailers etc etc.
