Thanks DF.

It looks like qualifying will be a real battle. ;)

It is pretty sad to see just how weak the Nationwide series has become. There are only about a dozen really competitive teams, almost that many start-and-parks, and they still have trouble getting a full field.

I only saw a little of the Nationwide practice, but I don't think they're lifting in the turns.

I only saw a little of the Nationwide practice, but I don't think they're lifting in the turns. The announcers mentioned during Sprint Cup practice that the Nationwide cars were flat with new tires and qualifying setups because of the tapered spacer, but may have to lift in the race with worn tires and traffic.

Danica has a great shot at the pole today. She has been fast! I think going out early today will be a benefit though. It's getting warm out there.

What happened to the pre-race coverage??? ABC should be ashamed of themselves for cutting it out!!!

It was on ESPN News Channel, because of the Indy Race rain delay. If you'd started with ABC at 3:30, they were running the tape of that info continuously at the bottom of the screen. It wasn't cut out at all. At 4, the Nationwide race went to ABC and the Indycar race to ESPN News Channel.

That's a shame. I wanted to hear about Danica's strategy for the race. Maybe I should voice my displeasure to ABC.

Maybe if you ask nicely, they'll send you a transcript.

I only saw a little of the National exercise, but I don't think they're raising in the changes.
