Is this a computer security issue??

When I am connected to teh internet via broadband, a window keeps coming up o the screen asking if O want to log into to a broadband connection, and this is persistent. If a close the window, it keeps coming back three or four times.

Please advise.

I will ring Optus on Monday as well.
