Can someone tell me please approximately how much cost to host and organize IRC event?

It is very much different for particular events. Those which have big name or are successful part of the series for a long time sure have different conditions than those which try to get there now. There is a lot of organizers who want so the prices are high. That's just the cost related to Eurosport. Other expenses must be also very different from country to country.
