Not bad but amateurish: the car number and the Entergy sign on the rear wing could literally be four times larger so that people could actually read it and the Lotus sign on the front wing should be white, not black...

I like it, however as a designer, I would make some slight changes. Indeed the Entergy sign should be a little bigger on the rear wing, the Lotus sign should have a white color on the front wing, and the car number on the rear wing could be a little bigger as well. But as a whole thing; I like it. :)
