That was a cool photo of Justin. Those Armco barriers and tire had me thinking it was Sebring. Would like to have seen a closer photo of the car. Looks like Conquest bought Rahal's Lolas by the paint job.

Gary

Gary if you look at the body work by the rear wing supports the radius of the corners is larger than those on a Reynard. Then the body work goes straight down on a Reynard not the gentle angle of the Lola. That's how I see the rear end of that car as a Lola.

Love thoses photos of the rear.

Then is it Memo Gidley in 1999? The car clearly shows a #71 sponsored by Herdez. The info I have shows he only drove Reynards. Is it a different driver or different year or is the data on the cars he drove wrong? (if only for 1 race.)

It is Memo at Laguna on the Dark Weekend in 1999. The photo I have is a Lola #71 team car to the #19 both DCR car with Herdez sponsorship. It also says Lola in the 1999-2000 CART Yearbook. Phil Harms list is incorrect easy mistake as Garcia and Vitolo drove #71 Reynards earlier in the year.

You are Correct.

The car is a hybrid. Lyn crashed her primary car in practice. The #90 Dick Simon Team did not have a back up for her. So they borrowed #22 DSR Teams backup for Carlos Guerrero and put the nose cone and access panel from the #90 car to get Lyn ready for the race.

yeah - the DSR1 was a bit of a dog - although not as bad as the Ligier of the same race (you know a car is bad when you only have to mention the RACE - not the season!!)... I wonder of Long Beach 1984 holds the record for the most cars only ever raced there??

Wow, you really know your stuff Doc!

Zanardi tested for Mo Nunn last month, although he was forced to use Tony Kanaan's ride.
According to a news release from the team Kanaan said, "As for my new teammate using my car ... I bedded the brakes for him and I scrubbed some tires for him, so he's ready to go. I'm loaning him my car for two days, and I'll be watching every lap. So he better behave himself!"
The Nunn Team was at Homestead, but it tested on the road course rather than the oval.
Zanardi cranked out 300 plus miles over the road course. It was his first behind-the-wheel duty in a Champ Car since a two-day testing stint last July during which he sat in for an injured Kanaan.

True about the size of the photo. I just did a summery on Tazman and Scott Goodyear drove in three race in 1995. The types of track were all different Oval, Road Course and Street Course. Now Ribeiro drove this car with a its different paint scheme before but that helmet is not Ribeiro's in the cockpit.

Hard to investigate a photo that size. Still it's a great photo.
