How do you rate Giorgio Pantano ?

Dear all,
after three race by Dreyer&Reinbold Racing, how do yopu rete italian driver ? I think he's a racer because despite poor officil results he show great speed and a good feeling by the team.

At D&R, he's a top 15 driver at best, and a potential winner on street circuits.

At Penske or Ganassi, he's a top 10 driver, and a potential multi-race winner, but I would say the same thing about 8-10 other drivers in the series NOT currently driving for Roger or Chip.
