Good article by Marshall on Panther's involvement in helping returning Guardsmen and soldiers to find employment in civilian life. Many National Guardsmen lose their jobs and careers when they are deployed and then come back to their civilian life. The article puts the unemployment figures at 30- 40 percent for them. The numbers for joblessness, homelessness and suicides upon their return are shockingly high and it's not talked about much. My deep respect for Panther for their efforts in trying to help this situation. Keep up the good fight.
