Welcome to the Round 9 of 2011 GP2 Two Worlds Prediction Competition!

GP2 Series finishes its seventh season at Monza, Italy, a legendary and quick circuit, with some chicanes to make it not so quick. While the drivers champion, Romain Grosjean, is already defined, it might still be dispute for the runner-up position. Also Teams Championship has to define its champion.

After this round will be defined the results of this round plus the ones of the Championship round contested at the beggining. But is NOT the closing stage of 2011 GP2 Two Worlds Prediction Competition; the end of the season will be in the forthcoming extra-championship round at Yas Marina, during November.

In all GP2 race weekends, we'll post our predictions for these items: race 1 polesitter, top 8 finishers of Race 1, top 6 finishers of Race 2 and fastest lap scorers of races 1 and 2. The deadline will be at 10:00 AM GMT Hour of Friday, September 9th.

Best of all lucks for everyone!

Bravo to WSR Fan (TT), winner of this round! Mentions to Daisy (TT) and Speedworx (TT), who notched Pic as correct poleman, and for the round winner to predict correctly both race winners.
A complete reshuffle made Carlew (TH), chunterer (TT)[b] and [b]p-matt (TT) the three new leaders of the Competition; at Forums Championship, CarAndDriverTheF1 retook to second position, over Autosport.
Observations:
- fisichellaeldos (TH): Forgot poleman.
- lolo1977 (CB): Put Kral twice (2nd and 4th) in his Race 2 forecasts, so these parts of it weren't valid.
- In all predictions, were considered driver replacements in this form: Richelmi x Coletti, Parente x Aleshin and Parente x Turvey.

And now... We'll continue the report in the forthcoming post about the results of the Championships Round. Stay tuned!
