Going to black tie F1 themed Motorsport Event on friday at Beamish.
Guest speakers are Rob Smedley (Filipe Massa,s race engineer),and Maurice Hamilton a jurno. Anybody else on here going ?

Not going but you have just reminded me of the ye olde chip shop at Beamish. Can't beat good old fashion chips cooked in dripping. :)

Rob, have you and Massa ever considered swapping seats? Judging by the radio chatter you're a better driver than Massa!

Seemingly its by invitation only,and is free bar and 3/4course meal too,organized by a large insurance group

Had a brilliant night,photo,s taken with Rob Smedley,nice guy,AND bought a signed racing suit worn by Paul Di Resta,of Force India.hope he goes places too
