Looks like Pocono has finally put up a catch fence all the way around.

It was there last June. 10 points for paying attention.

Incredible drive by Kesolowski, he deserved that one.

Impressive win considering how banged up he is

Nice win, and an interesting race from the point of view that no one would have picked Kes even as of the standing at the time of the Red Flag for rain. He was 24th then.....

Pocono is a thinking man's race track. You see guys trying to find a way to be fast coming out of 3, making it work in 1 and 2, then you add in fuel mileage strategies and the always changing weather. IT may not always be doorhandle to doorhandle racing (although Jimmie and Kurt did some of that on the last lap) but the guy on the pit box is earning his money at this place....

Couldn't put better myself.

I could easily watch a 3hr snorefest, admire the unique layout than a 1.5 miler.

It has its critics but it deserves 2 Cup dates IMO. Better Pocono than Kansas...

Pocono has just announced that the two races will each be shortened 100 miles next year. Sounds good to me, it will make them more exciting.

400 miles is just right for these races.

I'd rather have a 500 mile June race and a 600 kilometer August race.

So you only want 375 miles in August? Why short yourself those 25 miles if your already paying $100 for a ticket?!?!?!? :p

Those 25 miles give me the luxury of gradually moving a race into the chase (and earlier sunsets) without a lighting system.
