There are many exercises but the best exercise that i have observed is swimming because swimming is the only exercise in which your whole body remains in movement and you can easily develop stamina.

Cardio exercise are proven to be the best for losing weight and building muscle faster. Swimming is also one of the best cardio exercise. It is also my favourite exercise. Regularly doing swimming build strong stamina and helps in losing weight.
