Not keeping him for the start of this year springs to mind given how well he (out) peformed his team mate.

1. told to move over a number of times despite TOC having more points and a better chance at the championship then Chilton.

2. replacing TOC with Neate after a stunning year

i wouldn't call that picking drivers at all

Team Aon are becoming the most professional looking team on the grid these days and now with 3 cars out there theres on stopping them. I guess its going to be good to see TOC back in a top car, can't help but feel sorry for AmD Milltek though who are now left without their driver...
