We'll try both and see what works best. Ultimately if the site chatbox works ok then it would be better to use that as its fully integrated with the forums. Thanks to Koz for hosting the current chat site tho!

At the moment the shoutbox is limited as it's a free version. But I can upgrade which will give it a popout capability, but that won't be until next week.
