This is only her side of the story, but the biggest question I have is why is the "NASCAR Media Group" shooting stuff with "adult content and explicit material". NASCAR should be a little more careful where they let their "name" show up. This might get to be very embarassing for them.

A former teacher at a Charlotte private school claims in a lawsuit that NASCAR’s actions got her fired when its film production group used the school’s locker room to film part of an adult-themed video for local rapper Bettie Grind two years ago.

Kathryn Taylor, a 37-year employee and director of summer programs at Providence Day School who was 64 years old at the time of her firing, filed a lawsuit last week in North Carolina Superior Court in Charlotte against NASCAR Holdings, NASCAR Media Group and the school.

According to the lawsuit, in June 2009, NASCAR Media Group asked Taylor if it could use the school’s boys locker room as a backdrop for a video it had been contracted to shoot. She claims in court documents that she was told Bettie Grind, whose real name is Greg Brown, would not be part of the video shoot and the NASCAR Media Group gave her a script. She OK’d the use of the facility for free in return for a promise that the school at some point could use a NASCAR facility and have access to NASCAR personnel.

When the video came out in November 2009, it included the musician in the scenes shot on campus and contained adult content and explicit material. She claims this gave the school’s headmaster a reason to fire her from the school where she had planned to teach until she turned 70.

Interesting eh Lee Roy? Why would NASCAR media group be even messing with music videos with "naughty" bits. That sorta flies in the face of the squeaky clean image they want to cultivate in a sport that is after all in the "Bible" Belt.
I think the lady has a case....

Was the headmaster disappointed - he was not around for the video shoot or that the teacher should have got a better deal for the school for the video shoot ?

Zeakiwi, I think someone was misinformed or lied to. No school board would lend their facitlies out in that part of the world for some shoot where something risque was being taped. At least, not in that part of the world.....
