his first rally was in 2000 I think. polo, lancer, then impreza and pug 207 and fiesta currently...

No, Oleksowicz is not a new name in rallying. He started in 2000 with Fiat Cinquecento and then group N Volkswagen Polo. Then he started rallying with group N Lancers and Imprezas. He was never good enough with those cars, but quickly jumped to Super 2000 machines. First Peugeot 207 S2000 from Tomasz Kuchar and then Ford Fiesta S2000. Currently he competes in European Championship (without much success). It's for sure that he won't be the next Colin McRae ;) , but it is always good to see him competing as his cars always have some nice livery :)
