Wow, Hinchcliffe is surprisingly up there. I mean, I didn't expect him at the bottom, but that is pretty high.

Gary

I had to look him up. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/James_Jakes

Last year he did GP3, a couple of GP2 Asia races and 2 GP2 races. He had two 2nds and a 3rd in GP3 last year. He's English and his career record in Europe's junior formula's is not particularly eye catching.

Car number 19 is Coyne's, isn't it. Dale playing it right up to the first race like he often does.

Last years pole was a 1:10.13 and Power did a 1:09.87 in the test at Barbers last year, so the times are going to come down 2 or 3 seconds. Hopefully for Hinche, he'll be up there at the end.

First session of the first test after the winter lay off means absolutely nothing for any of the drivers or teams.

Which of course is exactly why they have a "first test" every year. If it didn't mean anything, why have it at all?

Pretty darn impressive what N/H is putting up there...and with 2 drivers that aren't even signed yet for the season.

Very impressive by Hinchcliffe to be consitently at the right end of things across all the sessions. May have finally found someone to cheer on

+1 (That is if they actually confirm him for the season at some point)

Good to see Hinch and Servia up there. My fingers are crossed the Newman-Haas can pull it together and field both of these drivers. I've been following Hinch for several years and would love to see him join the IndyCar circus.
