If somebody stiffed me for $690,00 after I gave them a rolling billboard on the track and a seat for their driver I'd be less than cordial, too. NASCAR never fails to swat a gnat with a sledge hammer when it comes to Robby. I think they're still miffed that he made fools of them by knowing their rule book better than they do in the NNS Montreal race in 2007.

From what I understand, Conway's family owns the Extenze company which adds a little twist to the situation. The Extenze company recently lost a lawsuit over deceptive advertising.

There is a reason this guy works by himself. No one can put up with his act for too long.

Robby Gordon isn't the tragic hero, he usually is just wrong or an idiot. NASCAR slapped him down this time (like probation has stopped anyone else in the NASCAR garage from doing brain dead stuff, see Edwards) because when you start scrapping outside of the car, it is assault and that is a law of the land, which the last time I looked had jurisdiction over people on the street.

Even when Robby has a point, he quickly makes an ass of himself....
