Haddock is a good choice for Fish Tacos as the mild flavored meat is desirable.
Fish Tacos are Best when served fresh! :)

Two things smell of fish and one of them is fish.

SWMBO is doing avocado and smoked salmon for starters on Christmas Day for 11 people, she's got everything and just tonight received a text saying 3 of them don't like fish - well tough titties!
