INAUGURAL FIESTA SPORT TROPHY SCHEDULE ANNOUNCED: http://www.fordracing.com/news/detail/?article=38774

Ford Racing and RallyCar announced today that the inaugural Fiesta Sport Trophy championship for the United States will kick off June 3 at the Susquehanna Trail Performance Rally in Wellsboro, Pa., and comprise of seven events during four weekends, culminating at the Lake Superior Rally in Oct. 15.
Sanctioned by RallyCar, the Fiesta Sport Trophy championship will run as part of RallyCar’s 2WD class at four events. Each day of competition will represent a round of the FST championship.

June 3 Susquehanna Trail Performance Rally, Wellsboro, Pa.
June 4 Susquehanna Trail Performance Rally, Wellsboro, Pa.
July 15 New England Forest Rally, Newry, Maine
July 16 New England Forest Rally, Newry, Maine
Aug. 26 Ojibwe Forest Rally, Bemidji, Minn.
Aug. 27 Ojibwe Forest Rally, Bemidji, Minn.
Oct. 15 Lake Superior Performance Rally, Houghton, Mich.

Your thread title is somewhat confusing. The Rally America Championship and the USRC are two competely separate championships.

Not to start a bun fight here, but the Rally America Championship is the premier championship in the USA. The Fiesta ST series comprises RA events. It is the championship that David Higgins will be driving in next year for Subaru.

The USRC is a step down from the RA championship. An excellent series, but not one that attracts the top drivers and teams.

I mean that a Fiesta R2 is ready to compete in the RallyCar’s U.S. Rally Championship and the USRC, isn’t it?
