Looking through this weeks autosport, I spotted a section where it said NASCAR had announced changes to the Sprint Cup Cars for 2011, and that they'd have their front ends look more like road going vehicles from the manufacturers, (sort of) a la Nationwide series.

Is this true and if so can I have a link? admittedly I'm out of the 'NASCAR loop' if you like, and havn't seen many races this year but this news just interested me, as more distinct cars would be nice and I may even persuade myself to watch more races next year if this is the case. (simply because the cars would look more badass)

Yes it's true, you can find the info at Jayski,com. They are going to let the manufacturers to have more identity to the front of the car. It looks like they will change the chase again, but no details yet.
