This season has been a joke. This is a World Championship, but you certainly woudn't think that. IMO, BMW will quit or the year after that, after all they are DTM bound in 2012, a championship that is run in a professional manner.

I cannot be bothered with the WTCC next year, I'll stick to the best touring car championships: the BTCC and V8 Supercars. (I would include DTM but I don't have ESPN-its £9 extra per month!)

Eevn though Chevvy have said they are way up on power compared to the N/A unit? They wont sound as good as the screaming 2.0 but they will be marginally faster!

Well, IMO the WTCC produces more exciting races that the DTM and although it seems inferior to the V8 championship, the races in Oz are a bit too long for my taste. I do not follow the BTCC :)

ANd to finish what I said about there being more power, in the Macau commentary Chevvy have reported the 1.6T lump has 20 more bhp and 70% more torque!

Three little letters have garanteed to make the WTCC a mess... F. I. A.

They did the same when they got hold of the DTM back in 1996. Called it the ITC one year then killed it off the next.
