I hear that BMW have been DQd from Japan, handing the title to Yvan.

Congratulations to Yvan, shame it lessens the drama of Macau but it's a well deserved title.

Yep, heard it first on Facebook, as I'm a friend of Rob Huff.

Congrats to Muller, he deserves the title and I'm sure he would have wrapped it up in Macau in any case.
Still is quite a shockingly bad way to win the title, just another reason why the WTCC is not a good series.

once again, another facepalm moment from the WTCC, if true.

congrats to muller but what a load of rubbish again from the FIA and KSO.

Well done to Yvan but what a **** way to win it! The FIA couldnt make this championship look and worse if they tried!

To be fair, this is the WTCC we are talking about, the amount of childish disputes over the rules is un-countable.

It is official now.

But interesting to note that it means Colin Turkington inherits a win, so congratulations to Colin on a stunning maiden victory :p :

I don't even care that Silverlight doesn't work for my Eurosport player now, it's not worth watching.

Absolute joke.

You have to feel for BMW because they should have been told it wasn't allowed before the event happened.

Well, congratulations to Chevy. Not the most glorious way to win the WDC, but in the end a win is a win and the team must do everything to ensure that their driver wins.

well it didn't make any difference anyway. Andy never finished race one and Yvan is champ
