I wouldn't say that it was the best episode of 30 for 30, but it is definitely in the top five.

Anyone else watch it?

Yes. We found it quite compelling.

I just watched it. Very good show. I was young but remember him at Indy, later going to NASCAR and doing so well. Pretty neat to look back on is just how damn good he was. Sort of reminds me Greg Moore, you have to wonder just how many championships would have been in his trophy case had they not been taken so soon. A lot of perspectives in that hour show to look back and see how much has changed too.

Damn, I need to watch this.

Thank goodness for the interweb. Having watched some of the races back in the day he was was absolutely amazing to watch, especially racing round Riverside and throwing a stock car round the Esses

Very insightful, revealing and very, very moving to watch.

The videos at the beginning of the doc captured the essence of Tim who lived life to its fullest and did the same on the race track by driving and racing hard.

I found it heartbraking when Tim had to deal with his illness his own way and having to face the wrath of NASCAR and the media's inquisition. So, so sad and gut wrenching when you see it than read about it. So much that it brought tears in my eyes.

When I first got into NASCAR I had read numerous things regarding his talent but it is only since the advent of Youtube that every time I saw a clip or race my admiration and respect for Tim grows and and grows even to this day.

Tim Richmond, may you continue to rest in peace.

One of the great unrealized talents in the last 30 years. Well, sort of realized, it was clear in his best year that Tim Richmond was the equal of Earnhardt that year..and no one was able to get that close to Big E in his prime once Tim was gone...
