Tour de Corse the same date of Rally Sardinia WRC?
Will be a difficult choice for italian spectators!!!

And also: Argentina IRC = Mexico WRC, Spain IRC = Jordan WRC, Hungary IRC = Australia WRC.

I think some date will change!

Well, if Argentina is not approved, then there will be 3 months long period without IRC... And most of IRC regulars are not going to South America, that means 3 months long holiday for them :-P
And then practically 5 rallyes in two months from mid July to mid September. It feels little bit out of balance at the moment

WRC Germany, IRC Barum, IRC Hungary and IRC Sanremo all roughly within one month. If I would live in Central Europe, I'd know when to keep my summer holiday...

That's 5 out of 8, I guess (2010 standings (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2010_Intercontinental_Rally_Challenge_season#Drive rs)).

So it seems rather late in the day for Madeira to lose IRC status. Are the organisers struggling to make the payments to Eurosport Events?

Yes... it look's like it should be paid in April...and we are already in June....

It would be a shame to lose this nice rally.

Anyone know a ballpark figure of how much the fee is to Eurosport events?
