I don't understand the fuss about weather at Knockhill.

2010: Dry
2009: Dry
2008: Dry
2007: Dry
2006: Wet
2005: Wet
2004: Dry
2003: No Visit
2002: Wet
2001: Dry

So 3 times out of 10 visits. I'm sure some other circuits have worse records.

you want to try doing all the meetings

april, wet
june, started dry then monsoon
july, showery
august, dry but windy
sept BTCC dry, sunny and warm

this was the 1st weekend o the year my waterproofs stayed in their kitbag

btw last year was wet at times and blew a gale

Yes but its wet elsewhere in the country too! Not convinced that Knockhill is that different to anywhere else. A bit colder and more windy due to how exposed it is perhaps, but not any wetter.
