WRC Hybrids by 2013?

Jean Todt is supposed to be pushing for Hybrids in all worlds championships (F1, WTCC, WRC etc) by 2013.

No details yet on whether it will be a spec' Hybrid system or will be free for development...which could send costs into orbit.

Great so more development cost then and very soon after a major rule change! If they had any sense they would have included it in the change to 1.6 turbo!
