Seems that Mclaren may have done a bit of a Red Bull today.

Wasting a chance of a 1,2 with a bit of misfortune Buttons damage and a driver not forfilling potential and retiring.

That's interesting indeed. I think a great boost for Red Bull that they managed to actually increase their lead in WCC despite racing on their worst circuit of the year. But after a very strong mid-season run we have seen one McLaren retiring from the last three races, so they clearly need to regain consistency in that department as well.

I would like to congratulate the ever-improving Hülkenberg, who managed to beat Barrichello on a circuit, where the Brazilian used to be quite good at (last year's winner, no less). However, besides great raw pace Nico still doesn't seem too confident, which was highlighted by various chicane cuttings in a high-pressure environment of defending your position. But that confidence will perhaps come with time.
