watched a documentary last night on Frank Zappa making 'Overnite Sensation' in the early seventies and have the lyrics of various songs going around my head:
"Well, I am the slime from your video
Oozin' along on your livin' room floor"
from "I'm the Slime" with Tina Turner on backing vocals!
"Give me
Your dirty love
"Like you might surrender
To some dragon in your dreams" from Dirty Love.
Dinah-Moe Humm:
"I couldn't say where she's coming' from,
But I just met a lady named Dinah-Moe Humm
She stroll on over, say look here, bum,
I got a forty-dollar bill say you can't make me cum"
and still more this from Montana
"I might be movin' to Montana soon
Just to raise me up a crop of
Dental Floss
Raisin' it up
Waxen it down
In a little white box
That I can sell uptown"
Also the theme from "Top Gear", Jessica by the Allman Brothers Band is almost on an endless replay loop in my brain.

I dont have Far Off Grace, but I have the follow up Beyond Daylight (stunning album). Fom the few tracks I've heard from FOG it sounds similar to BD. Christ 0 is a bit progier than BD, much darker but still of a high quality.

I'm not listening to it at the moment, but I have become obsessed with Rhapsody on a Theme of Paganini (variation 18) by Sergei Rachmaninoff. It's a beautiful piece of music which makes the hairs on my arms and neck stand on end every time I listen to it. I'm currently awaiting delivery of a CD of the entire concerto so I can indulge myself.
