Hey, does RBR work on windows 7 64-bit? Also does it work with the xbox 360 controller?

Yes, it works fine with Windows 7. Not sure about an XBOX 360 controller. If those controllers are at all compatible with a PC, then I guess there's a good possibility. On a side note, I recommend you invest in a wheel if you want to get most enjoyment out of it. I bought one a few years ago and have never looked back.
