Sunday morning-wake up, daughter (4 years) wakes up not long after myself.

Hop in the car-drive to the donut shop.

One donut with vanilla frosting and sprinkles-70 cents (plus tax) :D

She smiled widely all the way home...

Perhaps we all need a donut with vanilla frosting and sprinkles every once in awhile (awhile meaning maybe weekly but not hourly)

I know that feeling. Cycled 72 miles to the seaside on my mountain bike on Saturday. That was 72 miles of cycling, running out of gears and no free wheeling. The £1.20 I spent on a Magnum icecream at the end was the most satisfying money I've spent in a while. :D
