hi all
Quick question ,
Do the FIA rules apply to local non sanctioned competitions that run behind the main events? For example in Kenya we run a 2wd local rally championship with mostly 20+ year old cars that run behind the main group N etc cars. The 2wd does half the event roughly 80km of stage distance. My Question is do FIA rules apply to such a class of competition.
