Portugal Motor Rally Spectator

Can anyone help me with transport out to watch rally from spectator points.
I do not want to join a full rally tour, I just need to be able to find some way of getting a bus out to spectator points on the Sat afternoon and on the Sunday.
Any helpful advice would be welcome. Esther.
