Well the IRC will finally be coming to the USA thanks to Speed2. Speed2 is an online version of Speed Channel which will carry the IRC and a bunch of other foreign racing series such as F2 and DTM. This service will only be available to those who have an approved ISP and subscribe to Speed Channel for that provider. Right now only Time Warner Cable will be carrying it but other providers will be carrying it in the near future. I've heard the IRC coverage is quite good and you can watch the IRC on your own schedule with minimal coverage. Speed2 will use modem authentication which means you can't watch this on the go which sucks. I forsee the IRC going to other Internet VOD services in other countries in the near future.
