Log on to orange email is knackered

For some reason I can't log on to my orange email account. Whenever I try I get the message

Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete. - This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies.

Cookies are enabled and it still doesn't work, even if I try through Internet Explorer :(

Can some of you wizz-kids who know about computers help me? :p

Just because nobody knows how to fix my problem there is no need to mock me with spam!!!

I'm by no means any type of comp whizz but I found with my pop-ups blocked out I have less trouble getting someplaces than others. It still allows me to allow them when prompted. Just a thought.
