There is still a light rain falling at the track, and the jet dryers have quit trying for now....

it now exactly 1 hr past the scheduled start time and there is a fine mist in the air....looks like the majority of the rain has stopped. Hopefully the dryers will be on the track soon

well, Jeff Gordon had been superb for all of the race today, and then a massive pile up occurs. and once again, jimmie johnson is handed an oppurtunity on a plate to gain massive points over edwards, gordon and stewart.

I thought the #48 was going to have a bad luck day after his deal with the #24, but after Reutimann blew, and now the Texas Big One, I think someone needs to check if Chad and/or Jimmie have some sort of faustian deal, They might just win this thing once again.

It's a shame about Jeff Gordon, he really should have won at least 3 races this year.

I remember one forumer telling me Jimmie just coasts all year.....I notice he isn't posting much now all the sudden....

Jimmie may be lucky as they get, but one has to admire the fact he pushes pretty hard all the time...
