great move, i think Phil is a really good young driver and reckon he'll be pretty close to the pace straight away.

not sure he's "hired 888 to run him", sure he's brought some sponsorship to the team/seat, but i think its more 2 sided than you make out.

assume that 888 are running S2000 VX engines as per last year, and not the new NGTC engines in the other vectras?

good for Glew, he deserves a good chance in the BTCC this year after a great 2009 season in the clios. will be interesting though for him, going from a little clio to a large vectra. im looking foward to seeing how he gets on.

Phil Glew could well be competing for wins, he's in a very good car and has a very good team.

I think it's great to see the top drivers from the Clio Cup getting BTCC rides this year, even if the likes of Turkington and Giovanardi haven't.
