Do you guys know if the rules prevent joining in WRC as a team with two cars which are different makes?

Let's say I would put up a team and I'd drive two cars, one Ford and one Citroen and I would not participate manufacturers championship... is it possible? Or do the both cars have to be same make?

Since this year you can even team up Lada 2101 and Ford Focus WRC

OK now I messed up a little.. It should be still the same make. Year ago it was not even allowed to run Xsara and C4 in the same team. Now you can run Focus and Fiesta in the same team.

7.3.1 A WRC Team undertakes to take part in a minimum of 8 nominated rallies including two
outside Europe with one or two cars of the same make. These two cars may be of any eligible class
(see Article 4).

Well if you dont register as a wrc team you could run what you brung, even the Focus wrc and the Lada in your team (but I think homologation has run out on the 2101 :) )
