Im watching truck series quals (a little delayed) and it seems that the regulars and go or go homers are all mixed together in qualifying. Did they do away with the rule putting GOGH'ers at the end of the cue?

I din't know that the 33 points went to the 2 truck for this year, and Hornaday is using his past champions provisional as a safety net. They didn't mention that in practce this morning. So *technically* Hornaday is a GOGH'r
